Adventure eating
When we travel, one of our favorite things to do is, try new food in the location we’re in.

Admittedly, the food is usually a little more traditional like the food above. However, on this trip, I decided to branch out even further.

Iguana, anyone?
I first heard about people eating iguanas on our first trip to Aruba. We learned it was one of the ways the locals manage the iguana overpopulation. I never tasted it on either of those trips but for some reason, I decided I would try it on this trip.

The taste test
So what did I think?

Here’s how it went.

How about you? What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve ever eaten?
