Ok, by now, you may have guessed; I, like many other people, have a bit of a TikTok addiction. Yes, it’s true, I can lose some serious time, scrolling the endless amount of interesting content. Along the way, I’ve found a way to turn the scrolling into something useful, like a workout.
It took me a little while to discover there’s more than just dancing on Tiktok. (I dare you to click the link, lol!) You name it and it’s there, including tons of fitness related content.
Watching them inspired me to try some of the challenges and even better to duet some of them. For those of you unfamiliar with Tiktok, a duet it when you create a side by side video with the original content creator. I love duets! (Click the link to see one of my viral videos).
The way I see it, whether you try the short fitness video once, or in a series; you’re doing something positive for your health. Creating duets meant practicing the moves (over and over) which often led to an amazing workout. Some even left me with bruises, like from this video:
I didn’t quite think through the possible rug burn situation. But it was fun, anwyay.
